  1. AV: Analog 3.5mm Jack output for auxiliary cable (not included).

4. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your GIGATV HD801 Smart TV Box:

  1. Connect to TV: Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on the GIGATV HD801 and the other end to an available HDMI input on your television.
  2. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the DC 5V port on the TV Box, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
  3. Insert Batteries into Remote: Open the battery compartment on the back of the IR Remote Control and insert the two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
  4. Power On: The device should automatically power on. If not, press the power button on the remote control.

    • Wi-Fi: Select your Wi-Fi network from the list, enter the password, and connect.
    • Ethernet: If using a wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the RJ45 port on the TV Box. The connection should be established automatically.

5.1. Navigating the Interface

Use the included IR remote control to navigate the Android interface. The directional pad (up, down, left, right) is used to move between icons and options, and the OK button confirms selections. The Back button returns to the previous screen, and the Home button takes you to the main home screen.

5.2. Installing and Using Applications

The GIGATV HD801 comes with several streaming applications pre-installed. You can download more applications from the Google Play Store:

  1. From the home screen, navigate to and select the Google Play Store icon.
  2. Use the search function or browse categories to find desired applications.
  3. Select an app and choose Install.
  4. Once installed, the app will appear on your home screen or in the app drawer. Select it to launch.
