Important Safety Information
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors or on wet surfaces.

- Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
- Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
- Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
- Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
- Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
- Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
- Do not pick up toxic material (chlorine bleach, ammonia, drain cleaner, etc.).
- Do not use in an enclosed space where vapors are present from oil base paint, paint thinner, some mothproofing substances, flammable dust, or other explosive or toxic vapors.
- Do not pick up hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, coins, etc.
- Do not use without filters in place.
- Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the OFF-position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the appliance.
- Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer.
- Use appliances only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
- Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help.
- Do not use an appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
- Do not expose an appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130°C (265°F) may cause explosion.
- Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the appliance outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions.
- Servicing must be performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack (as applicable) except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.

Setup
1. Assembly
- Insert the handle into the main body of the vacuum cleaner until it clicks into place.
- Ensure the clean water tank and dirty water tank are correctly installed.
- Place the assembled unit onto the charging base.
2. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the appliance. Connect the charging base to a power outlet. The LED display on the vacuum will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3-4 hours.

3. Filling the Clean Water Tank
- Remove the clean water tank from the main unit.
- Open the tank cap and fill with clean tap water up to the MAX line.
- For optimal cleaning, add one capful of the provided Tineco deodorizing and cleaning solution to the clean water tank. Do not use other cleaning solutions that may foam excessively.
- Close the cap securely and reinsert the tank into the main unit.
Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
Press the power button located on the handle to turn the appliance on or off.
2. Cleaning Modes
The Tineco Floor One S5 offers two primary cleaning modes:
- AUTO Mode: Ideal for everyday messes. The iLoop Smart Sensor automatically detects the level of dirt and adjusts suction power and water flow for efficient cleaning.
- MAX Mode: For stubborn stains and heavy-duty cleaning. Provides maximum suction and water flow.

3. iLoop Smart Sensor Technology
The integrated iLoop Smart Sensor detects wet and dry messes, automatically adjusting suction power and water volume for optimal cleaning performance. The LED display changes color (blue for clean, red for dirty) to indicate the detected dirt level.

4. Wet and Dry Cleaning
The Floor One S5 is designed to vacuum and wash hard floors simultaneously, tackling both wet spills and dry debris in one pass.

5. Real Clean Water System
The dual-tank system ensures that you always clean with fresh water and solution, while dirty water is collected separately. This prevents cross-contamination and ensures a truly clean floor.

7. Edge Cleaning
The specialized roller brush design allows for improved edge cleaning, reaching close to baseboards and into corners, leaving less than 1 cm of uncleaned space.

8. Voice Control
The integrated voice assistant provides helpful guidance and information during operation, enhancing the cleaning experience.
Maintenance
1. Self-Cleaning Function
After each use, place the vacuum on its charging base and press the self-clean button. The appliance will automatically clean the roller brush and internal tubing. Ensure the dirty water tank is empty and the clean water tank has sufficient water before starting the self-cleaning cycle. The self-cleaning cycle requires at least 20% battery charge.

2. Air Spin Drying
Following the self-cleaning cycle, the air spin drying feature helps to efficiently remove water from the roller brush, reducing odors and maintaining hygiene.
3. Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank
Empty and rinse the dirty water tank after each use. Remove any solid debris and ensure the filter inside the tank is clean.
4. Filter Maintenance
Regularly check and clean the dry filter. Rinse it with water and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting. Replace the filter as needed to maintain optimal performance.
Troubleshooting
