5.2 Mounting the Sensor

1. Carefully remove the back cover of the sensor to expose the mounting holes.

4. Drill pilot holes and insert wall anchors if necessary.

• SENS (Sensitivity):

  Controls the detection range of the sensor. Turn the knob towards '+' for maximum sensitivity (up to 36 feet / 12 meters) or towards '-' for reduced sensitivity (down to 6 feet / 2 meters). Adjust this to prevent unwanted activations from distant objects or small animals.
• TIME (Delay Time):

  Determines how long the connected light remains ON after motion is detected and then stops. Turn towards '+' for a longer duration (up to 7 minutes) or towards '-' for a shorter duration (down to 10 seconds).

• LUX (Ambient Light):

  Sets the ambient light level at which the sensor will operate.

  • Turn towards the sun icon (☀️) for operation during both day and night (high LUX sensitivity).
  • Turn towards the moon icon (🌙) for operation only during darkness (low LUX sensitivity).
  Adjust this to prevent the light from turning on unnecessarily during daylight hours.
