4. Setup

4.1 Power Connection

Connect the provided power adapter to the DC IN port on the rear of the keyboard. Plug the other end into a suitable electrical outlet. The keyboard uses a corded electric power source with a three-prong plug.

4.2 Headphone Connection

For private practice, connect headphones (not included) to the 3.5 mm headphone jack located on the rear panel. This will mute the internal speakers.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Controls Overview

5.2 Power On/Off

Press the POWER button, usually located on the left side of the control panel, to turn the keyboard on or off. The digital display will illuminate when the power is on.

5.3 Adjusting Volume

Use the MASTER VOLUME knob or buttons to adjust the overall sound level of the keyboard. Turn clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease.

5.4 Selecting Tones (200 Tones)

The keyboard offers 200 different tones. To select a tone, press the TONE button, then use the number pad or the +/- buttons to browse through the available tones. The selected tone number will appear on the digital display.

There are 200 rhythms available. Press the RHYTHM button, then use the number pad or +/- buttons to select a rhythm. Press START/STOP to begin or end the rhythm playback.
