Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Inspect: Check for any damage during shipping. Do not operate if damaged.
- Assemble Feet: Attach the four feet to the bottom of the fryer unit.
- Position: Place the fryer on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and safety.
- Install Residue Plates: Place the stainless steel residue plates at the bottom of each oil tank. These help collect food debris.
- Attach Handles to Baskets: Securely attach the handles to the frying baskets.
- Fill with Oil: Pour cooking oil into each tank, ensuring the oil level is between the MIN and MAX fill lines indicated inside the tank. Do not overfill.

Operating Instructions
- Connect Power: Plug each power cord into a separate, grounded 110V electrical outlet. The green 'POWER LIGHT' on the control panel will illuminate.
- Set Temperature: Turn the 'TEMPERATURE SELECTION' dial to the desired frying temperature. Refer to the recommended temperatures on the control panel or a recipe. The red 'HOT LIGHT' will illuminate, indicating the heating element is active.
- Preheat Oil: Allow the oil to preheat. The red 'HOT LIGHT' will cycle on and off as the fryer maintains the set temperature. This indicates the oil has reached the desired temperature.
- Prepare Food: Ensure food is dry before frying to prevent oil splattering. Do not overload the basket.
- Lower Food: Carefully lower the basket containing the food into the hot oil. Avoid sudden drops to prevent splashing.
- Fry: Fry food until it reaches the desired crispness and internal temperature.
- Remove Food: Lift the basket from the oil and allow excess oil to drain back into the tank. Place fried food on paper towels to absorb additional oil.
- Turn Off: Once frying is complete, turn the temperature dial to the 'OFF' position and unplug the fryer from the power outlet.

Cleaning and Maintenance

- Clean Control Panel: Wipe the exterior of the control panel and heating elements with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the control panel in water.
- Reassemble: Once all parts are clean and dry, reassemble the fryer.
- Storage: Store the fryer in a clean, dry place.
