1. Product Overview

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your STANDNEE Easel Stand:

  1. Open the Tripod: Gently spread the legs of the easel stand until the small tripod base is fully open and locked into position. (Refer to Step 1 in Figure 3)
  2. Adjust Leg Height: Locate the leg locks on each leg. Open the lock, extend the leg to your desired height, and then securely close the lock. Repeat for all three legs to ensure stability. (Refer to Step 2 in Figure 3)
  3. Adjust Holders Height: Loosen the screws on the canvas holders. Adjust them to the appropriate height for your canvas size. Tighten the screws to secure the holders. (Refer to Step 3 in Figure 3)
  4. Adjust Center Pole Height: Turn the handle located on the center pole to raise or lower the pole, adjusting the overall height of the easel. (Refer to Step 4 in Figure 3)
  5. Install the Tray: Attach the plastic accessory tray to the designated points on the easel. Adjust its height using the screw mechanism to a comfortable position. (Refer to Step 5 in Figure 3)

4. Operation

4.1 Adjusting Easel Height and Angle

The easel offers flexible adjustments to suit various artistic needs and display environments. Use the turn knobs and leg locks to modify the height and angle.

  • Leg Height: Each leg has an independent locking mechanism. Open the clip, extend or retract the leg, and close the clip firmly. Ensure all legs are adjusted evenly for stability.
  • Center Pole Height: The central shaft can be raised or lowered using the crank handle. This allows for fine-tuning the easel's overall height.
  • Canvas Holder Height: The upper and lower canvas holders can be moved along the center pole. Loosen their respective knobs, slide to the desired position, and tighten securely.

4.2 Securing Your Canvas or Panel

The easel is designed to hold canvases or panels up to 27.5 inches in height and 1.1 inches in thickness.

  • Place the bottom edge of your canvas on the lower canvas holder.
  • Adjust the upper canvas holder downwards until it firmly secures the top edge of your canvas. Tighten the knob to prevent movement.

4.3 Using the Accessory Tray and Folding Bucket

The included plastic tray provides a convenient space for brushes, paints, and other small art supplies. The folding bucket can be used for water or to add weight for increased stability.

  • Ensure the accessory tray is securely attached to the easel at a comfortable working height.
  • Hang the folding bucket from the hook located on the center pole, if desired.
