4. Operating Instructions
The control panel is conveniently located on one of the arm straps for easy access during use.

- Power On/Off: Press the Power button (⏻) to turn the massager on. Press it again to turn it off.
- Massage Direction: Press the Direction button (↻) to change the rotation direction of the massage nodes (clockwise or counter-clockwise). The massager automatically alternates direction every minute during operation.
- Speed/Intensity Adjustment: Press the Speed button (📊) to cycle through three adjustable speed/intensity levels (low, medium, high) to customize your massage experience.
- Heat Function: Press the Heat button (♨) to activate the soothing infrared heat function. Press it again to turn the heat off.
