Setup Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the fixture and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.

- Ensure the POWER switch is in the "ON" position.
- To charge the battery, ensure the CHARGE switch is in the "ON" position. The fixture can be charged while in use.

3. DMX 512 Control
For advanced control, connect the fixture to a DMX controller using 3-pin XLR cables. Set the DMX address and channel mode (5 or 9 channels) via the on-board menu. Refer to the DMX Channel Chart in the Specifications section for detailed channel assignments.
4. Master/Slave Mode
Link multiple TrussPar Quad 3 GO fixtures together. Set one unit as the "Master" and others as "Slave" units. The slave units will mirror the master's operation, allowing for synchronized lighting effects without a DMX controller.
5. Auto Mode
The fixture has several built-in automatic programs, including fade and chase effects. Select "Auto" mode from the menu and choose your desired program.
6. Sound to Dimmer Mode
In this unique mode, the fixture's digital dimmer responds to the beat of the music, creating dynamic lighting synchronized with audio. Select "Sound to Dimmer" from the menu to activate.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the lens and housing with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: When not in use, store the fixture in a dry, dust-free environment.
- Battery Care: For optimal battery life, fully charge the unit before long-term storage and recharge every 3 months.
- Inspection: Periodically check power cables and DMX connections for wear or damage.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Fixture does not power on. | No power, POWER switch off, battery depleted. | Check power cable connection, ensure POWER switch is ON. If on battery, ensure BATTERY switch is ON and battery is charged. |
| No DMX control. | Incorrect DMX address, wrong channel mode, faulty DMX cable, DMX controller issue. | Verify DMX address and channel mode settings. Check DMX cable connections. Test with a different DMX cable or controller. |
| IR remote not working. | Remote battery depleted, obstructed IR sensor, remote out of range. | Replace remote battery. Ensure clear line of sight to the fixture's IR sensor. Operate within recommended range. |
| Short battery life. | Battery not fully charged, operating at full intensity with all colors. | Ensure battery is fully charged (up to 5 hours). Note that using all colors at full intensity will reduce battery life (approx. 6 hours). Single color use extends life (up to 15 hours). |
