This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Luowice 5MP PTZ Security Camera. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper functionality and safety. This camera is designed for outdoor surveillance, offering high-definition video, pan and tilt capabilities, smart detection features, and two-way audio communication.

Setup Guide
1. Physical Installation
Choose a suitable outdoor location for your camera, ensuring it has a clear field of view and is within range of your Wi-Fi network. The camera is designed for wall mounting.
- Use the provided drill template to mark the screw positions on the wall.
- Drill holes at the marked positions and insert the wall anchors.
- Secure the camera's mounting bracket to the wall using the provided screws.
- Adjust the camera's angle as needed after mounting.

2. Micro SD Card Installation
The camera supports a micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) for local storage of surveillance footage.
- Locate the micro SD card slot on the camera body. It is typically covered by a small panel secured with a screw.
- Carefully unscrew the cover and open the compartment.
- Insert the micro SD card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
- Close the cover and re-insert the screw to secure it.
3. Power Connection
Connect the provided DC 12V power adapter to the camera's power input port. Then, plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

4. App Download and Wi-Fi Connection (CamhiPro)
The CamhiPro app is required to set up and control your camera. It is available for both iOS and Android devices.
- Download the "CamhiPro" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).
- Open the CamhiPro app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your new device. You may need to scan a QR code on the camera or manually enter its UID.
- During the setup process, the app will guide you through connecting the camera to your home Wi-Fi network.

Operating Instructions
1. Pan & Tilt Control
The camera offers 355° horizontal and 90° vertical rotation, allowing you to monitor a wide area. Use the pan and tilt controls within the CamhiPro app to adjust the camera's viewing angle remotely.

2. Smart Detection & Alerts
The camera features advanced human shape detection and auto-tracking. When motion is detected, the camera can trigger floodlights, flash blue and red lights, and activate a siren to deter intruders. Notifications will be pushed to your phone and/or email.

3. Two-Way Talk
Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker for two-way audio communication. This allows you to talk to visitors or deter potential intruders directly through the CamhiPro app.

4. Night Vision
The camera provides clear images and videos even in low-light conditions with both color and black & white night vision modes. It features 6 white lights and 6 infrared lights for enhanced night visibility up to 100 feet.

5. Recording and Storage
The camera supports 24/7 loop recording to a micro SD card (up to 128GB). Footage can be accessed and reviewed via the CamhiPro app even when the internet connection is unavailable.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the camera lens and housing with a soft, damp cloth to ensure clear image quality. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Firmware Updates: Check the CamhiPro app periodically for available firmware updates. Keeping the camera's firmware updated ensures optimal performance, security, and access to new features.
- Weather Protection: While the camera is IP66 waterproof, ensure all cable connections are properly sealed using the provided waterproof nuts to prevent water ingress, especially in harsh weather conditions.

Troubleshooting
