1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

Your child's safety is paramount. Always follow these guidelines:

  • Always use the 5-point harness to secure your child in the stroller. Ensure straps are adjusted snugly.
  • Never leave your child unattended in the stroller.
  • Engage the one-foot brake whenever the stroller is stationary.
  • Ensure the stroller is fully open and locked before placing a child inside.
  • Do not overload the storage basket. Refer to specifications for maximum weight capacity.
  • Avoid hanging bags on the handlebar, as this can cause the stroller to tip.
  • Keep fingers clear of moving parts when folding or adjusting the stroller.
  • This stroller is designed for children from newborn to toddler, with a maximum weight recommendation of 40 pounds.

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Hagaday SK20 Stroller:

  1. Unfold the Frame: Release any locking mechanisms and extend the stroller frame until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Attach Wheels: Insert the front and rear wheels into their respective slots until they lock. Ensure they are firmly attached.
  3. Install Seat/Bassinet Unit: Align the seat/bassinet unit with the frame connectors and press down until it clicks. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  4. Attach Canopy: Secure the canopy to the designated attachment points on the seat/bassinet unit.
  5. Attach Foot Cover: If desired, attach the foot cover to the bassinet unit for added warmth.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. 2-in-1 Convertible Seat Modes

The Hagaday SK20 stroller offers versatile seating options:

  • Bassinet Mode (Lie-Flat): Ideal for newborns and infants, providing a flat, comfortable sleeping or resting position.
  • Seated Mode: For older infants and toddlers, the seat can be adjusted to various recline positions (100°, 145°, 180°).
  • Reversible Bassinet/Seat: The unit can be easily reversed to face the parent or face forward, allowing for interaction or exploration.

5.2. Adjustable Handlebar

The handlebar can be adjusted to 4 different heights to accommodate parents of various statures. Press the adjustment buttons on both sides of the handlebar and move it to the desired height, ensuring it locks into place.

5.3. Canopy Adjustment

The UPF50+ adjustable canopy provides protection from sun and wind. It features a skylight for airflow and visibility. Adjust the canopy by pushing or pulling it to the desired position. The three-fold design allows for flexible coverage.

5.4. Brake System

The stroller is equipped with a convenient one-foot brake located on the rear axle. Press down on the brake pedal to engage the brake and lift it up to release. Always ensure the brake is fully engaged when the stroller is stationary.

5.5. Folding the Stroller

The stroller features a quick-folding mechanism for easy storage and transport:

  1. Ensure the seat is in an upright or slightly reclined position.
  2. Press the designated button and lift both sides of the folding mechanism.
  3. Collapse the stroller until it locks into its folded position.

5.6. Wheels and Suspension

The stroller is equipped with all-terrain PU tires and a superior shock absorption system for a smooth ride across various surfaces, including grass, dirt roads, asphalt, and cobbled roads. The front wheels are lockable swivel wheels, allowing for easy steering on flat surfaces and stability on tougher terrains.

5.7. Storage Basket

A spacious storage basket is located under the seat, providing ample space for baby and parent essentials. The maximum load capacity for the basket is 6.6 lbs (105.6 ounces).

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safety of your stroller:
