3. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (processing bowl, lid, blade assembly) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Place the processing bowl on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Carefully place the blade assembly onto the central pin inside the processing bowl. Ensure it sits correctly.
- Add your ingredients to the processing bowl. Do not exceed the MAX fill line (600ml capacity).
- Place the lid onto the processing bowl, aligning the tabs. Twist gently until it locks securely in place.
- Position the motor unit on top of the lid, ensuring it is properly seated and aligned. The appliance will not operate if the motor unit is not correctly placed.

4. Operating Instructions
Once assembled, plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
4.1. Chopping Ingredients
- Ensure ingredients are cut into small, manageable pieces before placing them in the bowl.
- Press and hold one of the two speed control buttons on the motor unit to start chopping.
- Button 1: Lower speed for softer ingredients or coarser chopping.
- Button 2: Higher speed for harder ingredients or finer chopping.
- Process in short pulses for better control over the consistency. Do not operate continuously for more than 30 seconds. Allow the motor to rest for at least 2 minutes between cycles.
- Release the button to stop the appliance.
- Once processing is complete, unplug the appliance before disassembling.

4.2. Ice Crushing Function
- Place a moderate amount of ice cubes into the processing bowl. Do not overfill.
- Secure the lid and motor unit as described in the Setup section.
- Use the higher speed button (Button 2) for crushing ice. Process in short, powerful pulses until desired consistency is achieved.
- Unplug the appliance before removing crushed ice.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your appliance.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Carefully remove the motor unit, then the lid, and finally the blade assembly from the processing bowl.
- Cleaning the Blade Assembly: The blades are extremely sharp. Handle with extreme caution. Wash the blade assembly in warm soapy water using a brush, or place it in the dishwasher (if dishwasher safe, refer to product markings). Rinse and dry immediately.
- Cleaning the Processing Bowl and Lid: Wash these parts in warm soapy water or place them in the dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Cleaning the Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the appliance.
- Store the appliance in a dry place, out of reach of children.
