• 7.4 Unclear Microphone Sound

  Ensure the microphone is positioned at least 10cm away from your mouth. Positioning it too close can result in distorted or unclear audio for the other party.

• 7.5 Recording Quality Note

  The AI Noise Cancellation is optimized for eliminating environmental noise during live calls to transmit clear human voice. It is not designed for studio recording or regular call recording, and recorded audio may contain noise as the device lacks an environmental noise reduction chip for recording purposes.
