Important Safety Information

Setup and First Use

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the oven.
2. Clean: Wash all accessories (air fry basket, baking pan, crumb tray, roast tray, wire rack) in warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
3. Placement: Place the oven on a clean, dry, level surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 6 inches) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation.
4. Crumb Tray Installation: Slide the crumb tray into the bottom of the oven.
5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
6. Initial Run (Recommended): Before first use, run the oven on "Air Fry" at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes without food to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this process.

Using the Smart Cook System

The integrated Foodi Smart Thermometer ensures precise cooking results by continuously monitoring the internal temperature of your food.

1. Insert Thermometer: Plug the thermometer into the jack on the right side of the control panel. Insert the probe horizontally into the thickest part of the food, avoiding bone or fat.
2. Select Function: Choose your desired cooking function (e.g., Whole Roast, Air Roast).
3. Set Doneness: Use the Smart Cook System button to select the desired doneness level (e.g., Rare, Medium, Well).
4. Start Cooking: Press the Start/Stop button. The oven will automatically cook until the target internal temperature is reached.

True Surround Convection

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and extend the life of your oven.

1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Crumb Tray: Remove the crumb tray and discard any crumbs. Wash the tray in warm, soapy water or place it in the dishwasher.
3. Accessories: Wash the air fry basket, baking pan, roast tray, and wire rack in warm, soapy water. These accessories are generally dishwasher safe.
4. Interior: Wipe the interior walls and glass door with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive sponge. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads.
