Operating Instructions
The Arno Steam Power Garment Steamer offers two steam levels for optimal results on various fabrics.
Selecting Steam Levels:
- Delicate Mode: Ideal for light fabrics such as silk, satin, and synthetic blends. Select this mode for gentle steaming.
- Turbo Mode: Provides powerful steam for heavier fabrics like cotton, linen, and denim, and for tackling stubborn wrinkles.
Steaming Techniques:
- Hang the garment on a hanger or use the provided hanger attachment. For best results, pull the fabric taut with one hand while steaming with the other.
- Hold the steam head close to the fabric, moving it in a vertical motion from top to bottom.
- For sanitization and deodorization, slowly pass the steam head over the fabric. The powerful steam eliminates up to 99.99% of germs, viruses, and bacteria without chemicals. This is effective on clothes, curtains, upholstery, and even pet bedding.
- Use the pet hair removal brush accessory for fabrics that tend to collect lint or pet hair. Attach it to the steam head before use.
- When finished, press the power button to turn off the steamer and unplug it from the outlet.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your steamer.
- Empty Water Tank: After each use, allow the steamer to cool down completely. Remove the water tank and empty any remaining water. This prevents mineral buildup.
- Clean Steam Head: Wipe the steam head with a soft, damp cloth to remove any residue. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Descaling (Periodically): If you notice reduced steam output or mineral residue, descaling may be necessary. Consult the manufacturer's website or customer support for specific descaling instructions for your model. Generally, this involves using a vinegar solution or a commercial descaling agent.
- Storage: Store the steamer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the water tank is empty before storage.
