Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your fan, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Fan does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet not working; rotary switch in '0' position; power outage. | Ensure plug is securely in outlet; test outlet with another appliance; turn rotary switch to '1', '2', or '3'; check household circuit breaker. |
| Weak airflow. | Fan speed set too low; dust accumulation on blades/grille. | Increase fan speed using the rotary switch; clean fan blades and grilles as per maintenance instructions. |
| Unusual noise or vibration. | Fan not on a stable surface; loose parts; foreign object in grille. | Place fan on a flat, stable surface; check for any loose components and tighten if possible (ensure fan is unplugged); remove any foreign objects from the grille (ensure fan is unplugged). |
