Electrical Wiring:
This appliance must be hard-wired to a dedicated 220-240V circuit by a licensed electrician. Refer to the wiring diagram provided in Figure 2 and local electrical codes for proper connection. Ensure the power supply is disconnected before any installation work.

Operating Instructions
The Cooksir electric cooktop features intuitive knob controls for each cooking zone, offering 9 heating levels for precise cooking.

Turning On/Off and Adjusting Heat:
- Select a Burner: Identify the knob corresponding to the desired cooking zone.
- Turn On: Rotate the knob clockwise to the desired heating level (1-9). The heating element will begin to glow red.
- Adjust Heat: Rotate the knob to increase or decrease the heat setting. Level 1 is the lowest, and Level 9 is the highest.
- Turn Off: Rotate the knob counter-clockwise until it clicks into the "Off" position.

Safety Indicators:
- Residual Heat Indicator ("H"): After a cooking zone is turned off, an "H" will appear on the display if the surface is still hot. Do not touch the zone until the "H" disappears.
- Automatic Shut-Off: If a cooking zone is left on for an extended period without adjustment, it will automatically shut off.
- Overheat Protection: The cooktop will automatically power down if it detects an unsafe temperature.

Cookware Compatibility:
The Cooksir electric radiant cooktop is compatible with all types of cookware, including aluminum, copper, cast iron, non-magnetic stainless steel, glass, and ceramic pots and pans.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Maintaining your Cooksir electric cooktop is simple due to its smooth glass surface.
- Daily Cleaning: After the cooktop has cooled completely, wipe the surface with a damp cloth. For oil stains, use soapy water.
- Stubborn Stains: Use the provided scraper to gently remove any burnt-on food or stubborn residues. Always use the scraper at a shallow angle to avoid scratching the glass.
- Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the glass surface.
