1. Introduction

2. Safety Information
Read all instructions and warnings before use. Failure to do so may result in fire, property damage, or injury.
- Always operate the charger in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials.
- Never leave charging batteries unattended.
- Ensure the correct battery type and cell count are selected before initiating any charging or discharging process. Incorrect settings can lead to battery damage or fire.
- The DC input port and the AC input connector are mutually exclusive. Only one input can be selected at a time to ensure safe operation.
- Do not attempt to charge damaged or swollen batteries.
- Keep the charger away from moisture, dust, and direct sunlight.
- Use only genuine ISDT accessories and power cables.

4. Setup
4.1 Power Connection
The K2 AIR supports both AC and DC power inputs. Choose the appropriate power source for your charging environment.
- AC Power Input: Connect the provided AC power cable to the AC input port on the side of the charger and then to a wall outlet (100-240V AC).
- DC Power Input: Connect a DC power supply (10-30V DC) to the DC input port on the side of the charger. Ensure correct polarity.
Important: Do not connect both AC and DC power simultaneously. The charger is designed to prevent this, but always ensure only one power source is connected.

4.2 Initial Power On
Once power is connected, the charger will automatically power on and display the main interface on its 2.8-inch IPS LCD screen.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 User Interface and Navigation
The K2 AIR features a 2.8-inch IPS LCD display with a 178° visible angle, providing clear and distinct information even in bright conditions. Navigation is performed using the buttons located on either side of the screen.

5.2 Connecting Batteries
The K2 AIR is a dual-channel charger, allowing two batteries to be charged or discharged independently or in parallel (for specific modes).
- Connect the main power lead of your battery to the XT60 output port on the charger.
- Connect the balance lead of your battery to the corresponding balance port next to the XT60 port.
- Repeat for the second channel if charging two batteries.
5.3 Charging Modes
The charger supports various battery types and modes:
- Supported Battery Types: LiFe, Lilon, LiPo (1-6S), LiHv (1-6S), Pb (1-12S), NiMH/Cd (1-16S)
- Charge: Standard charging mode.
- Balance Charge: Charges and balances individual cell voltages for optimal battery health.
- Discharge: Discharges the battery to a set voltage.
- Storage: Charges or discharges the battery to a safe storage voltage.
- Parallel Charging: Allows charging of multiple identical batteries simultaneously (requires parallel charging board, not included). Max parallel charging power: 800W/35A.
- Parallel Discharge: Max parallel discharge power: 30W/3A.
5.4 Firmware Upgrade and USB Output
The K2 AIR features a microUSB port for firmware upgrades and a USB Type-C interface for charging mobile devices.
- Firmware Upgrade: Connect the charger's microUSB port to a PC to update the firmware. This ensures access to the latest features and performance improvements.
- USB Type-C Output: The USB Type-C interface can output 5V/2A power, suitable for charging smartphones or other small electronic devices.

5.5 Wireless Operation with ISDLink App
The K2 AIR supports wireless connectivity, allowing you to monitor and control charging tasks via the ISDLink app on your smartphone.
- Download the ISDLink app from your device's app store.
- Pair your K2 AIR charger with the app.
- Monitor charging status, set parameters, and perform OTA (Over-The-Air) firmware upgrades directly from the app.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the charger. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the charger in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (-20℃ to 60℃).
- Ventilation: Ensure the charger's cooling vents are clear of obstructions to maintain proper airflow. The internal fan helps keep the unit cool during operation.
