1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

• Do not use for lithium batteries. This charger is specifically designed for lead-acid batteries.
• Ensure proper ventilation during charging.

• Wear eye protection and gloves when handling batteries.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• The charger is equipped with multiple protection functions including short circuit protection, reverse connection protection, overheat protection, undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, overcharge protection, and leakage prevention.

4. Setup

1. Connect Battery Clips: Connect the red charging clip to the positive (+) terminal of the battery and the black charging clip to the negative (-) terminal. Ensure a secure connection.
2. Plug into AC Outlet: Insert the charger's power plug into a standard AC100V electrical outlet.
3. Turn On Power: Locate the power switch on the back of the charger and turn it to the 'ON' position. The display will light up, indicating the charger is ready.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Automatic Charging

The charger automatically detects the battery's voltage (12V or 24V) and condition. It then selects the most appropriate charging current and method.

5.2 Current Selection

For 12V batteries, you can select charging currents of 5A, 10A, or 20A. For 24V batteries, you can select 5A or 10A. Press the 'Current Selection' button to cycle through the available options. Once charging begins, the current cannot be changed. If an incorrect current is selected, turn off the power and restart the selection process.

5.3 Start/Stop Charging

Press the 'Start/Stop' button to begin or pause the charging process. The charger will automatically stop when the battery reaches a full charge state. If the battery voltage drops below a certain threshold due to self-discharge, the charger will automatically resume charging.

5.4 Repair Mode (Pulse Charging)

The repair mode is designed to revitalize degraded lead-acid batteries by removing sulfation. This mode is only effective for 12V lead-acid batteries; it cannot repair 24V batteries.

• Activation: Long-press the 'Repair Mode' button for 5 seconds to activate.
• Important: Before activating repair mode, always disconnect the battery from the vehicle. Failure to do so may result in current flowing through the vehicle's wiring, preventing effective repair.
• Repair mode runs for 24 hours. If the battery is not repaired after 24 hours, restart the charger and repeat the repair mode.
• Monitor battery temperature during repair mode. If the temperature becomes too high, pause the repair process.

The repair mode can help restore degraded lead-acid batteries.
