4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
- Unscrew the tail cap of the headlamp.
- Insert the rechargeable lithium-ion battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the lamp.
- Screw the tail cap back on tightly to ensure waterproof sealing.
4.2 Attaching the Headband
- Slide the headlamp unit into the rubber mount on the headband.
- Adjust the elastic straps of the headband to fit comfortably around your head.
- The headlamp can be rotated 180 degrees within the mount to adjust the beam angle.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- Press and hold the power button for approximately 0.8 seconds to turn the headlamp on or off.
5.2 Changing Modes
- With the headlamp on, short press the power button to cycle through the modes: High → Medium → Low → Candle Light.
- The headlamp will remember the last used mode when turned off and on again.
5.3 Strobe Mode
- From any mode (or off), double-click the power button to activate Strobe mode.
- Short press again to return to the previous mode or turn off.

5.4 Magnetic Attachment
- The tail cap of the headlamp contains a strong magnet. Attach it to any ferrous metal surface for hands-free illumination.

- When mounted on the headband, the headlamp unit can be tilted up to 180 degrees to adjust the beam angle.

6. Charging
- Connect the magnetic end of the charging cable to the charging port on the head of the lamp.
- Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank, computer USB port).
- The indicator light on the headlamp will show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.

6.1 Power Indicator
The power indicator light provides battery status:
- Green: 50%-100% battery remaining
- Yellow: 20%-50% battery remaining
- Red: 5%-20% battery remaining
- Flashing Red: 0%-5% battery remaining (recharge immediately)

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the headlamp with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- O-rings: Regularly inspect the O-rings for wear and tear. Replace them if damaged to maintain the IP68 waterproof rating. Apply silicone grease to O-rings periodically.
- Threads: Keep the threads of the tail cap clean and lubricated.
- Battery Care: If storing the headlamp for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage. Recharge the battery every 3-6 months to prolong its lifespan.
8. Troubleshooting
