Product Components
The SIRMAN Ektor 37 Professional Juicer consists of several key components:
- Motor Base: Contains the 400W motor.
- Feeding Chute: For introducing fruits and vegetables.
- Pusher: To guide produce into the feeding chute.
- Juice Bowl: Collects the extracted juice.
- Pulp Container: Collects the discarded pulp.
- Juice Container: For collecting the finished juice.
- Auger/Squeezing Screw: Extracts juice from produce.
- Filter/Strainer: Separates juice from pulp.
- Cleaning Brush: For maintenance.

Setup and Assembly
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Wash all detachable parts (juice bowl, auger, filter, containers, pusher) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Assemble:
- Place the juice bowl onto the motor base, ensuring it is securely seated.
- Insert the filter into the juice bowl, aligning it properly.
- Place the auger into the center of the filter, twisting gently until it drops into place.
- Attach the feeding chute assembly onto the juice bowl, ensuring it locks into position.
- Position the pulp container under the pulp outlet and the juice container under the juice outlet.

Operating Instructions
- Prepare Produce: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut larger items into pieces that fit comfortably into the feeding chute. Remove hard pits, large seeds, and thick peels (e.g., citrus, pineapple).
- Power On: Plug the juicer into a suitable power outlet. Press the power button to start the motor.
- Feed Produce: Slowly feed the prepared produce into the feeding chute. Use the pusher to gently guide the produce down. Do not force produce into the chute, as this can damage the motor or auger.
- Juicing Process: The juicer will extract juice into the juice container and separate pulp into the pulp container.
- Continuous Operation: The juicer is designed for continuous professional use. However, if processing very hard ingredients, allow brief pauses to prevent overheating.
- Power Off: Once juicing is complete, press the power button to turn off the appliance and unplug it from the power outlet.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your juicer.
- Disconnect Power: Always unplug the juicer from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Disassemble: Disassemble the juicer in reverse order of assembly.
- Rinse: Rinse all detachable parts under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
- Wash: Wash the juice bowl, auger, filter, containers, and pusher with warm, soapy water. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove stubborn pulp from the filter mesh.
- Clean Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water.
- Dry and Store: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing. Store the juicer in a clean, dry place.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power switch off; parts not assembled correctly. | Ensure plug is securely in outlet; turn power switch on; reassemble all parts correctly, ensuring they are locked. |
| Motor stops during operation. | Overload protection activated; too much produce fed too quickly. | Turn off and unplug. Remove excess produce. Wait 15-20 minutes for motor to cool before restarting. Feed produce slowly. |
| Excessive pulp in juice. | Filter clogged; soft produce being juiced. | Clean the filter thoroughly. For very soft produce, some pulp is normal. |
| Loud noise or vibration. | Parts not assembled correctly; foreign object in juicer. | Disassemble and reassemble carefully. Check for any foreign objects and remove them. |
