3. Package Contents

4. Setup
- Charge the Device: Connect the endoscope to a power source using the provided USB to Micro USB Cable. The built-in battery can work continuously for about 4 hours on a full charge.
- Power On: Press and hold the power button (usually marked with a power symbol) on the device to turn it on. The LCD screen will display the live camera feed.
- Attach Accessories (Optional): If needed, screw on the hook or magnet accessory to the end of the camera probe for retrieving objects.

5. Operating Instructions
- Adjust LED Lights: Use the brightness adjustment buttons (usually +/-) on the control panel to increase or decrease the intensity of the 7 LED lights on the camera probe.
- Switch Camera Views: The DS300 features dual lenses. Press the dedicated button (often labeled with a camera icon or 180° rotation symbol) to switch between the front camera, side camera, or split-screen view.
- Capture Photos/Videos: Press the photo/video button (usually marked with a camera or video recorder icon) to capture still images or start/stop video recording. Captured media is saved to the built-in 32GB TF card.
- Navigate Menus: Use the MENU button to access settings such as resolution, language, auto-power off, and formatting the TF card. Use the OK/Play and navigation buttons to select options.
- Image Rotation: The camera features a 180° rotating orientation for better observation.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Lens: After each use, especially in dirty or wet environments, gently wipe the camera lens with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn grime, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring the lens is dry before storage.
- Cable Care: Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the semi-rigid cable. Coil it loosely for storage to prevent damage.
- Battery Care: For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, especially before long periods of storage.
- Storage: Store the endoscope in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Image on Screen: Ensure the device is powered on and fully charged. Check the cable connection to the main unit. If the issue persists, try resetting the device using the reset pinhole (refer to Figure 7).
- Poor Image Quality: Adjust the LED light brightness. Clean the camera lens. Ensure the focal range is appropriate (front camera: 3-8cm / 1.2-3.1in; side camera: 2-6cm / 0.8-2.4in).
- Device Not Charging: Verify the USB cable is securely connected to both the device and the power source. Try a different USB port or power adapter.
- Cannot Save Photos/Videos: Check if the 32GB TF card is properly inserted. If the card is full, delete old files or format the card via the device's menu (this will erase all data).
