Initial Cleaning
Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Wash all accessories (cooking tray, grill rack, crumb tray, tray handle, rotisserie fork) in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
First Use (Burn-in)
It is recommended to run the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes on the highest temperature setting (230°C) with both upper and lower heating elements active. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight smoke or odor may be present during this process; ensure the area is well-ventilated. After 15 minutes, turn off the oven and allow it to cool completely before use.

Always ensure the crumb tray is properly inserted before operation.

Cooking Functions
The oven offers various cooking functions to suit different recipes:
- Bake: Uses both upper and lower heating elements for even cooking, ideal for cakes, cookies, and casseroles.
- Grill: Primarily uses the upper heating element for browning and crisping, suitable for meats, vegetables, and toast.
- Toast: Similar to grilling, often uses both elements for quick browning of bread.
- Convection: Activates an internal fan to circulate hot air, ensuring faster and more even cooking. This mode is particularly useful for baking and roasting.
- Rotisserie: Engages the rotisserie spit for slow, even roasting of whole chickens or larger cuts of meat. This function typically uses the upper heating element.
- Fermentation: A low-temperature setting for proofing dough.
- Dehydration: A low-temperature setting for drying fruits, vegetables, or herbs.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your oven, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

| Food is not cooking evenly. | Incorrect rack position; overcrowding; uneven food placement. | Adjust rack position for optimal heat distribution. Avoid overcrowding the oven. Arrange food evenly on the tray/rack. Consider using the convection function for more even cooking. |
| Oven produces smoke during operation. | Food residue or grease buildup; first use burn-off. | Clean the interior and crumb tray thoroughly. If it's the first use, this is normal; ensure good ventilation. If smoke persists, unplug and contact customer service. |
| Temperature seems inaccurate. | Normal temperature fluctuations; external factors. | Oven temperatures can fluctuate. Preheating the oven for 10-15 minutes before placing food can help. For precise baking, an oven thermometer can be used to verify internal temperature. |
