Product Overview

The Suptig Portable Charger is a high-capacity 7800mAh power bank designed to extend the operational time of your action cameras and other digital devices. Its robust construction ensures durability and waterproof performance, making it suitable for various environments.

Key Features:

• Perfectly Compatible: Built-in 7800mAh lithium battery compatible with GoPro Hero 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 3+, Hero Session, GoPro Max, GoPro Fusion, DJI Osmo, AKASO, Insta 360 action cameras, smartphones, and other digital products. Extends camera working time for exciting photos and videos.
• High Quality Raw Materials: CE international standard test certified. Features a SmartProtect system safeguarding against overheating, short-circuiting, and other potential hazards. Constructed from stainless steel and PC material, it is waterproof up to 98ft (30 meters), preventing rust in marine environments.

Setup

1. Initial Charging of the Power Bank:

1. Locate the Micro USB charging port on the side of the power bank (refer to Figure 4).
2. Connect the provided Micro USB cable to the power bank's charging port.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a 1A USB adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
4. The blue LED indicators will light up to show charging progress. All four lights will be solid when fully charged (approximately 7 hours).

2. Attaching to Your Camera:

1. Attach your GoPro camera to the quick release mount on top of the Suptig Portable Charger using the provided thumbscrew (refer to Figure 1).
2. For GoPro Hero 8 and Hero 9, an additional camera battery cover with holes is required for direct power connection (purchased separately). Refer to Figure 3 for visual guidance.
3. Connect the short charging cable from the power bank's USB-C output port to your GoPro camera's USB-C input port.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering Your Camera:

• Once connected, press the On/Off button on the power bank to activate it. The blue LED indicators will illuminate.
• The power bank can directly power your compatible GoPro camera, even if the camera's internal battery is removed. This is ideal for extended recording sessions.
• The power bank will also charge your GoPro's internal battery while simultaneously powering the camera.

2. Charging Other Devices:

• The power bank features a standard USB-A output port (refer to Figure 4).
• Connect your smartphone or other USB-powered digital devices to this port using their respective charging cables.
• Press the On/Off button to begin charging.

3. Underwater Use:

• The power bank itself is waterproof up to 98ft (30 meters).
• To use the power bank to charge or power your GoPro underwater, you MUST use a special charging waterproof case for your GoPro (Suptig Charging Case, purchased additionally). This case allows for a waterproof connection to the power bank while submerged.
• Ensure all ports are securely sealed before submerging the power bank or connected devices.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the power bank with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Waterproof Care: Always ensure the charging port cap is securely screwed on when not in use, especially before any contact with water, to maintain its waterproof integrity.

Troubleshooting

• Power Bank Not Charging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power source.
  • Verify that the 1A adapter (if used) is functioning correctly.
  • Check if the power source (wall outlet, computer USB) is active.
• Device Not Charging/Powering:
  • Press the On/Off button on the power bank to ensure it is activated.
  • Verify that the cable connecting the power bank to your device is securely plugged in at both ends.
  • Ensure the device you are trying to charge/power is compatible with the power bank's output (5V 2A).
  • If using with GoPro Hero 11/10/9/8, ensure you have the correct battery door with a pass-through port if you intend to power the camera without its internal battery.
• Water Leakage:
  • Always ensure the charging port cap is tightly screwed on before any water exposure.
  • For underwater use with a GoPro, a separate waterproof charging case for the GoPro is essential. The power bank itself is waterproof, but the connection to the camera needs to be sealed by the appropriate GoPro accessory.
