Assembly and Setup
1. Attaching the Blower Tube
- Align the blower tube with the outlet on the main unit.
- Push the tube firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely locked.

2. Assembling for Vacuum/Mulcher Mode
- First, remove the blower tube if attached.
- Attach the upper vacuum tube section to the main unit's intake opening, ensuring it locks securely.
- Connect the lower vacuum tube section to the upper section.
- Attach the vacuum bag to the discharge port on the side of the main unit. Ensure the bag's opening is fully seated and secured by its clip or zipper mechanism.

3. Inserting and Removing Batteries
- To Insert: Slide two fully charged 24V IONMAX batteries into the battery compartments on the unit until they click into place. Ensure they are firmly seated.
- To Remove: Press the battery release button(s) and slide the battery pack(s) out of the unit.
Operation
1. Starting and Stopping the Unit
- To Start: Ensure batteries are inserted. Press and hold the safety lock button, then squeeze the trigger switch.
- To Stop: Release the trigger switch.
2. Adjusting Speed Settings
The unit features 6 variable speed settings. Use the speed dial or switch (location varies by model revision) to select the desired air speed for your task. Lower speeds are suitable for delicate areas, while higher speeds provide maximum clearing power.
3. Using as a Blower
- Ensure the blower tube is securely attached and the vacuum bag is removed.
- Direct the nozzle towards the debris you wish to clear.
- Use a sweeping motion to gather leaves and debris into piles.
4. Using as a Vacuum/Mulcher
- Ensure the vacuum tubes and collection bag are correctly installed.
- Hold the unit with the vacuum nozzle close to the ground, hovering over the leaves.
- Move slowly over the debris. The unit will draw in leaves, which will then be mulched by the impeller before entering the collection bag.
- Empty the collection bag regularly to maintain optimal performance.

Maintenance
