Setup
1. Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the machine and all accessories from the packaging.
- Place the machine on a stable, flat surface.
- Ensure the machine is connected to a 120-volt AC power outlet.
2. Attaching the Wide Table
For larger projects like quilting or garments, attach the included wide table to expand your workspace.
- Slide the accessory box off the machine to reveal the free arm.
- Align the wide table with the free arm and gently slide it into place until it clicks securely.

3. Winding the Bobbin
- Place a spool of thread on the spool pin.
- Follow the threading guides for bobbin winding, typically indicated by dashed lines on the machine.
- Place an empty bobbin onto the bobbin winder shaft and push it to the right.
- Start the machine; it will automatically wind the bobbin. Stop when the bobbin is full.
- Cut the thread and remove the wound bobbin.
4. Inserting the Bobbin (Quick-Set Bobbin System)
- Open the bobbin cover plate.
- Place the wound bobbin into the bobbin case with the thread running counter-clockwise.
- Guide the thread through the slot and then under the metal guide.
- Close the bobbin cover. The Quick-Set bobbin system automatically picks up the bobbin thread.
5. Threading the Upper Thread (1-Step Automatic Needle Threader)
- Raise the presser foot lever.
- Place a spool of thread on the spool pin.
- Follow the numbered threading path indicated on the machine, ensuring the thread is securely seated in all guides.
- Lower the presser foot.
- Lower the needle to its lowest position, then raise it slightly.
- Engage the 1-step automatic needle threader by pulling it down and hooking the thread. Release the lever slowly, and the thread will pass through the needle eye.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On and Basic Controls
- Turn on the machine using the power switch. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Use the Start/Stop button to begin and end sewing without the foot pedal.
- The Reverse button allows for backstitching to secure seams.
- The Needle Up/Down button positions the needle as desired.
