3. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Placement: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is enough space around the mixer for operation and ventilation.
3. Cleaning Before First Use: Before first use, clean the stainless steel bowl and attachments (whisk, dough hook) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
4. Attaching the Bowl: Place the stainless steel bowl onto the base of the mixer. Twist gently clockwise until it locks securely into place.
5. Attaching Accessories:

4. Operating Instructions

1. Adding Ingredients: With the mixer head tilted back, add your ingredients to the stainless steel bowl. Do not overfill the bowl.
2. Lowering the Head: Gently lower the mixing head until it clicks and locks into its operating position.
3. Selecting Speed: Turn the speed control dial to the desired speed setting (1-6). Start with a lower speed to prevent splashing, then gradually increase as needed.
   • Speed 1-2: For kneading dough, mixing heavy batters.
   • Speed 3-4: For mixing medium batters, creaming butter and sugar.
   • Speed 5-6: For whipping egg whites, cream, and light mixtures.

5. Stopping Operation: Turn the speed control dial back to the "OFF" position.
6. Removing Attachments and Bowl:

   • Press the attachment ejection button to release the attachment. Carefully remove it.
   • Twist the stainless steel bowl counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it from the base.
