4. Setup and Installation

The MAXXMEE Compact Instantaneous Water Heater is designed for easy self-assembly. However, for electrical connections, it is highly recommended to consult a qualified electrician.

  1. Choose Location: Select a suitable location near a cold water supply and a power outlet. Ensure the location is protected from extreme weather conditions, even with its IPX4 rating.
  2. Water Connection:
    • Connect the water heater to your cold water tap using the appropriate adapter (Universal Adapter or Brass Adapter M22/M24).
    • Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. Use thread seal tape if necessary.
    • For garden hose connections, use the provided hose connection adapter.

  3. Electrical Connection:
    • Plug the device into a grounded electrical outlet.
    • Ensure the circuit can handle the 3300W power consumption.
  4. First Use (Priming): Before turning on the power, open the water tap and let water flow through the unit for at least 30 seconds to ensure all air is purged from the system. This prevents dry heating and damage to the heating element.

5. Operating Instructions

Once installed and primed, operating the MAXXMEE water heater is straightforward:

  1. Turn on Water: Open the cold water tap connected to the instantaneous water heater. Water will begin to flow through the unit.
  2. Power On: Plug the unit into the electrical outlet. The LED display will illuminate, showing the current water temperature.
  3. Adjust Temperature: The water heater automatically adjusts heating based on water flow. To achieve higher temperatures, reduce the water flow rate. The LED display will show the real-time temperature.

  4. Turn Off: To stop the water heater, simply turn off the water tap. The unit will automatically power down.

Note: The maximum achievable temperature depends on the incoming water temperature and flow rate. Higher flow rates will result in lower temperatures, and vice-versa.
