Introduction
The Acenis TP-03 Big Button Corded Landline Phone is designed for ease of use, particularly for seniors and individuals with visual or hearing impairments. It features large, easy-to-read buttons, amplified sound, and one-touch dialing capabilities to ensure reliable communication.

Setup
1. Connecting the Handset
Connect one end of the coiled handset cable into the port on the side of the telephone base unit and the other end into the port on the bottom of the handset.
2. Connecting to the Phone Line
Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the port labeled 'TEL LINE' on the back of the phone base unit. Plug the other end into your wall telephone jack. An additional 'EXT LINE' port is available for connecting another phone if desired.
3. Wall Mounting (Optional)
The phone base unit includes keyhole slots on the back for wall mounting. Securely attach two screws (not included) to your wall, spaced appropriately for the keyhole slots, and hang the phone.

Operating Instructions
Making a Call
Pick up the handset or press the SPEAKER button. Dial the desired phone number using the large number buttons.
Receiving a Call
When the phone rings and the red LED flashes, pick up the handset or press the SPEAKER button to answer.

Adjusting Ringer Volume
On the side of the phone base unit, locate the RINGER VOLUME CONTROL switch. Slide it to adjust between Low and High settings.
Adjusting Handset Volume
On the side of the phone base unit, locate the HANDSET VOLUME CONTROL switch. Slide it to adjust between Medium, High, and Very High (VHI) settings.

Using Speakerphone
Press the SPEAKER button to activate the speakerphone function. Press it again to deactivate.
Programming One-Touch Memory Buttons (M1, M2, SOS)
The phone features three one-touch memory buttons (M1, M2, SOS) for quick dialing of important numbers. To program:
- Pick up the handset.
- Press the STORE button.
- Dial the phone number you wish to save.
- Press the desired memory button (M1, M2, or SOS).
- Replace the handset.
You can insert small photos or labels under the clear covers of the M1, M2, and SOS buttons to easily identify programmed contacts.

- Press REDIAL to call the last dialed number.
- Press FLASH to switch between calls if you have call waiting service.

Troubleshooting
- No Dial Tone: Ensure all cables are securely connected. Check if the telephone line cord is plugged into the 'TEL LINE' port on the phone and the wall jack. Verify your landline service is active.
- Cannot Hear Caller / Caller Cannot Hear You: Adjust the HANDSET VOLUME CONTROL switch on the side of the phone. Ensure the handset cable is firmly connected at both ends. If using speakerphone, ensure the SPEAKER button is active.
- Phone Not Ringing: Check the RINGER VOLUME CONTROL switch on the side of the phone and ensure it is not set to 'Low' or 'Off'.
- Memory Buttons Not Working: Re-program the memory buttons following the 'Programming One-Touch Memory Buttons' instructions. Ensure the handset is picked up before pressing 'STORE'.
Maintenance
- Clean the phone's surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Keep the phone away from excessive moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the phone, as this will void the warranty.
