Operating the Charger
The UGREEN Nexode 100W charger intelligently distributes power across its four ports to optimize charging for connected devices. When a single device is connected to USB-C1 or USB-C2, it can receive up to 100W of power, sufficient for charging most laptops at full speed.
When multiple devices are connected, the charger dynamically adjusts the power output to each port. For example, if two devices are connected, the power might be split as 65W/30W or 45W/45W depending on the ports used and device requirements. This ensures efficient charging while protecting battery health.

Troubleshooting
Q1: Why does my device wake up or disconnect when I plug in or unplug another device, especially for MagSafe or Lightning cables?
Plugging in or unplugging a new device causes a brief pause in charging for other devices. This is due to the redistribution of current, which is normal. Additionally, this redistribution will also occur when a Lightning cable or a MagSafe cable is connected, as these cables consume power even if no device is connected.
Q2: Is the Nexode charger compatible with my device's fast charging protocols?
Nexode series chargers are compatible with PD 3.0/3.1, QC 3.0/4.0, PPS, AFC, iPhone 5V2.4A, BC1.2 charging protocols, meeting the charging needs of most devices. Please note that our Nexode charger is not compatible with proprietary charging protocols such as Warp Charge, VOOC, POCO 67W/33W, or Xiaomi HyperCharge. For Galaxy Super Fast Charge 2.0 (45W PPS), please refer to the Nexode product page to confirm support.
Q3: What should I do if the charger does not work at all?
- Reconnect the cable and the device to ensure all elements are properly connected.
