2. Product Overview

3. Package Contents

4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Battery
The device has a built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery. Before first use, fully charge the light.
- Connect the supplied USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the side of the IR light.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a 5V USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
- The charging indicator lights (usually blue LEDs) will illuminate to show charging status. They will typically turn off or change color when fully charged.
4.2 Mounting the Light
The IR light features a standard cold shoe mount for attachment to cameras, camcorders, or other compatible accessories.
- Slide the cold shoe foot of the IR light into the cold shoe receiver on your camera or rig.
- Tighten the locking wheel on the cold shoe foot clockwise until the light is securely fastened.
4.3 Attaching Multiple Lights (3 Cold Shoe Mounts Design)
The Andoer Mini IR Night Vision Light is designed with three additional cold shoe mounts on its sides, allowing you to connect multiple lights or other accessories (e.g., microphones, monitors) to create a more comprehensive setup.
- Once the primary IR light is mounted, slide additional lights or accessories into the side cold shoe mounts.
- Ensure each accessory is securely fastened if it has its own locking mechanism.

5. Operation
5.1 Power On/Off
To power the device on or off, locate the power button (often a rotary switch or push button) on the unit.
- Power On: Press and hold the power button, or rotate the switch to the 'ON' position.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button again, or rotate the switch to the 'OFF' position.
5.2 Adjusting Brightness
The IR light features adjustable brightness to suit different lighting conditions and desired effects.
- Rotate the dimmer dial or press the brightness adjustment buttons (if available) to increase or decrease the intensity of the infrared light.
- Observe the effect through your IR-compatible camera's viewfinder or screen.
5.3 Using with IR-Compatible Cameras
This IR light emits infrared radiation, which is invisible to the human eye. It is designed to work exclusively with cameras or camcorders that have built-in infrared (night vision) capabilities or have been modified for IR photography.
- Ensure your camera is set to its night vision or IR mode to properly utilize the light.
- The IR light provides additional illumination, extending the range and clarity of your camera's night vision.

6. Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your IR light.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the light. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to about 50% every few months.
7. Troubleshooting
- Light not turning on:
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and check charging indicators.
- Verify the power button/switch is correctly engaged.
- Poor illumination or no effect:
- Confirm your camera or camcorder is in an IR (night vision) compatible mode. The light is invisible to the naked eye.
- Adjust the brightness level of the IR light.
- Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the IR LEDs.
- Battery not charging:
- Check the USB Type-C cable for damage and ensure it's securely connected.
- Try a different USB power adapter or port.
- Some LEDs appear dim or not working:
- While rare, individual LED failures can occur. If multiple LEDs are consistently not functioning, contact customer support.
