1. Important Safeguards

3. Setup

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Insert Bread: Place up to four slices of bread, bagels, or other items into the extra-wide toasting slots. The self-centering guides will automatically adjust to hold the items securely.
  2. Select Browning Level: Use the browning control dial to select your desired toast shade from 1 (lightest) to 6 (darkest). The LED display will show the selected level and a countdown timer.
  3. Start Toasting: Push down the toast lever until it locks into place. The toasting cycle will begin, and the selected browning level will be displayed on the LED screen.
  4. Special Functions:
    • Cancel: Press the CANCEL button at any time to stop the toasting cycle and eject the toast.
    • Defrost: For frozen items, select your desired browning level, then press the DEFROST button before pushing down the toast lever. The toaster will automatically adjust the toasting time to defrost and toast.
    • Reheat: To warm previously toasted items without further browning, press the REHEAT button before pushing down the toast lever.
  5. Retrieve Toast: Once the toasting cycle is complete, the toast will automatically pop up. Carefully remove the toasted items.
  6. Using the Warming Rack: To use the integrated warming rack, push the lever on the side of the toaster upwards until the rack is extended. Place buns or pastries on the rack to warm. Do not use the warming rack simultaneously with the toasting slots.
