  • Ensure the dimmer is within range of your Zigbee mesh network. The dimmer acts as a router, strengthening the network.
• Lights Not Dimming Properly:
  • Confirm that the connected light bulbs or fixtures are explicitly labeled as "dimmable." Non-dimmable lights may flicker or not dim at all.
  • The minimum dimming level can vary by bulb type. Some bulbs may not dim below a certain percentage without flickering.
• Flickering Lights:
  • Ensure the total wattage of connected lights does not exceed the dimmer's maximum load capacity.
  • Verify that the bulbs are dimmable and compatible with Triac dimming technology.
