5. Operating the Extendable Feature
The NATERIAL LYRA table features an easy-to-use extension mechanism, allowing you to quickly adjust its length to accommodate more guests.

- Lift and Position Leaf: Carefully lift the extension leaf from its storage position (usually folded or stored underneath) and place it into the gap created between the two main tabletop sections. Ensure it sits flush and securely.
- Push Together: Push the two main tabletop sections back towards the center until they meet the extension leaf, creating a continuous surface.
- Lock (if applicable): Re-engage any locking mechanisms under the table to secure the extended tabletop in place.
To Retract the Table:
- Unlock (if applicable): Unlock any locking mechanisms under the table.
- Pull Apart: Gently pull the two main tabletop sections apart to create a gap.
- Remove and Store Leaf: Carefully remove the extension leaf and return it to its designated storage position, usually by folding it down or sliding it underneath the table.
- Push Together: Push the two main tabletop sections back together until they meet, forming the compact table.
- Lock (if applicable): Re-engage any locking mechanisms to secure the compact tabletop.

6. Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your NATERIAL LYRA Garden Table.
- Cleaning: For general cleaning, simply use a soft sponge or cloth with warm water. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or solvents, as these can damage the aluminum frame or the glass top.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Winter Storage: During winter months or prolonged periods of non-use, it is recommended to store the table indoors or cover it with a protective, breathable furniture cover to shield it from extreme weather conditions.
- Glass Top Care: While the glass is tempered, avoid dropping heavy or sharp objects on it to prevent chipping or breakage.
