Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, observe the following safety precautions:

  • Read all instructions before using this heater.

  • Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
  • This heater includes a tip-over safety switch that automatically shuts off the unit if it is tipped over.

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage.
  2. Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) of clear space around the heater from walls, furniture, curtains, and other combustible materials. Do not place the heater directly under a power outlet.
  3. Power Connection: Ensure the heater is in the OFF position before plugging it into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Heater Operation:

  1. Power On: Plug the heater into a suitable electrical outlet. Press the Power button (usually indicated by a power symbol) to turn the unit on. The indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Select Fan/Heat Setting: Use the mode selection buttons to cycle through the available settings:
    • Fan Only: Provides cool air circulation (2 fan settings).
    • Low Heat: Provides gentle warmth (1 heat setting).
    • High Heat: Provides maximum warmth (1 heat setting).
  3. Power Off: Press the Power button again to turn the heater off. Always unplug the heater from the outlet when not in use.

Magnetic Hand Warmer Operation:

  1. Detach: Gently pull the magnetic hand warmer disc from the center of the heater unit.
  2. Activate Heating: The hand warmer will begin to heat automatically once detached from the main unit and the heater is powered on. It uses residual heat or a dedicated heating element.
  3. Use: Hold the warm disc in your hands for personal warmth.
  4. Reattach: To stop the hand warmer from heating or to store it, simply place it back onto the magnetic center of the heater unit. It will automatically stop heating.

Tip-Over Protection:

This heater is equipped with a safety feature that automatically shuts off the unit if it is accidentally tipped over. If this occurs, place the heater upright on a stable surface, and it will resume normal operation.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

  1. Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  3. Periodically clean the air intake and outlet vents with a vacuum cleaner brush attachment to remove dust and lint.
  4. Do not immerse the heater in water or allow water to drip into the interior.

Storage:

When not in use, store the heater in its original packaging in a cool, dry place. Ensure the power cord is neatly wrapped and secured to prevent damage.
