4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps carefully for safe and correct installation. Professional installation is recommended.
- Prepare for Installation: Turn off the main power supply at the circuit breaker before starting any work. Ensure the area is well-lit and you have all necessary tools (screwdriver, wire strippers, drill, ladder).
- Mount the Ceiling Plate: Position the lamp base against the ceiling where you intend to install it. Mark the drilling points for the mounting screws. Drill pilot holes and insert wall anchors if necessary. Secure the lamp base to the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Connect Electrical Wires: Carefully connect the household electrical wires to the corresponding wires on the lamp base. Typically, this involves connecting live to live, neutral to neutral, and ground to ground. Use appropriate wire connectors and ensure all connections are secure and insulated.
- Install Bulbs: Screw the E14 LED bulbs into the sockets on the lamp base. Do not overtighten.
- Attach Crystal Elements: Carefully attach the crystal glass elements to the lamp structure according to the design. This usually involves hanging individual crystals onto designated hooks or slots. Refer to the product images for guidance on crystal arrangement.

5. Operating Instructions
Once installed, the lamp is ready for operation.
- Power On/Off: Restore power at the circuit breaker. Use your wall switch to turn the lamp on or off.
- Adjusting Light Color: This lamp features adjustable light colors (white, warm, neutral). The control method is 'Touch'. Typically, a quick toggle of the wall switch (off then on again within a few seconds) will cycle through the available light color temperatures. Repeat until your desired color is selected.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and appearance of your lamp.
- Cleaning: Ensure the power is off before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the metal and crystal surfaces. For stubborn marks on crystals, a slightly damp cloth with plain water can be used, followed by immediate drying. Do not use chemical cleaners, abrasive materials, or sprays directly on the lamp.
- Bulb Replacement: If a bulb needs replacement, first turn off the power supply. Allow the bulb to cool completely. Unscrew the old E14 bulb and replace it with a new E14 LED bulb of the same type and wattage.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Lamp does not turn on:
- Check if the main power supply is on at the circuit breaker.
- Ensure the wall switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Verify that all bulbs are correctly screwed in and not faulty.

- Light flickers or is dim:
- Ensure bulbs are fully tightened.
- Check for loose wiring connections (only by a qualified electrician).
- Replace any flickering bulbs.
- Cannot change light color:
