4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation:

1. Prepare Mounting Location: Select a suitable location for the solar panel that receives direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours daily. For the light unit, choose an indoor or outdoor location where illumination is desired.
2. Mount Solar Panel: Punch 2-3 suitable holes on the wall for the solar panel bracket. Insert the expansion pillar-hinges, then install the solar panel by tightening the screws. Adjust the solar panel's angle to face direct sunlight.
3. Mount Light Unit: Tighten the screws to install the solar light unit in your desired indoor or outdoor location.
4. Connect Components: Connect the cable from the solar panel to the solar lamp cable on the light unit. Ensure a secure connection.
5. Activate Light: Press the 'ON' button on the light unit itself or on the remote control to activate the light. The light will not turn on in daylight unless the solar panel is covered.

Remote Control Functions:

• ON/OFF: Power the light on or off.
• MODE 1/2/3 (Night Mode): Select different motion-sensing modes for nighttime operation.
• MODE 4 (Daytime Mode): Activates the light during both daytime and nighttime upon motion detection.
• Brightness UP (+): Increases light brightness.
• Brightness DOWN (-): Decreases light brightness.

Lighting Modes Explained:

• Mode 1: The light stays dim at night and brightens to full intensity when motion is detected. It returns to dim after a period of no motion.
• Mode 2: The light remains off at night and turns on to full intensity when motion is detected. It turns off again after a period of no motion.
• Mode 3: The light provides constant illumination at night, regardless of motion.
• Mode 4: The light remains off and turns on to full intensity when motion is detected, functioning both during the day and night.

Brightness Adjustment:

Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote to cycle through various brightness levels (e.g., 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%) to suit your preference.

Motion Sensor Range:

The integrated motion sensor detects movement within a range of 10-26 feet, triggering the selected lighting mode.

  • Check if the remote control battery needs replacement.
  • If operating in a dark environment, ensure the solar panel is not exposed to other light sources, which might prevent the light from activating.
• Light is dim or runs for a short duration:
  • The solar panel may not be receiving enough sunlight. Reposition the panel for maximum exposure.
  • Clean the solar panel surface to remove any obstructions.
  • The battery may not be fully charged. Allow more time for charging.
  • Extreme cold weather can affect battery performance.
• Motion sensor is not working:
