2. Safety Instructions
- Always ensure the machine is connected to a grounded power outlet with the correct voltage (110 Volts).
- Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from moving parts, especially the conveyor belt and sealing area, during operation.
- Do not touch the sealing bars or heating elements when the machine is hot or in operation to avoid burns.
- Turn off and unplug the machine before performing any maintenance, cleaning, or adjustments.
- Do not operate the machine in wet or damp conditions.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the machine during operation.

5. Setup
5.1 Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully remove the machine and all accessories from the packaging.
- Inspect the machine for any signs of damage during transit. If damage is found, contact customer support immediately.
- Verify that all included components listed in Section 3 are present.
5.2 Placement
- Place the sealing machine on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is sufficient space around the machine for proper ventilation and safe operation.
5.3 Power Connection
- Connect the power cord to the machine and then to a standard 110V AC grounded power outlet.
- Ensure the power switch on the control panel is in the OFF position before plugging in.
5.4 Initial Adjustments
- Conveyor Height: The conveyor belt height can be adjusted to accommodate different bag sizes. Use the adjustment knobs located on the side of the machine to raise or lower the conveyor as needed.
- Sealing Width: The machine supports a sealing width of 6-12 mm. Ensure your bags are compatible with this range.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Powering On and Initial Settings
- Press the POWER switch to turn on the machine.
- Press the HEATER switch to activate the heating elements.
- Press the FAN switch to activate the cooling fan.
- Adjust the desired sealing temperature using the Temperature Controller. Refer to the specifications for recommended temperature ranges for different film types (e.g., 0-300℃). Allow the machine to reach the set temperature before sealing.
- Adjust the conveyor speed using the Speed Knob. Start with a slower speed and increase as needed for optimal sealing.

6.2 Sealing Bags
- Once the machine reaches the set temperature, carefully feed the open end of the bag onto the conveyor belt, guiding it into the sealing area.
- The machine will automatically pull the bag through, sealing it continuously.
- Ensure bags are fed straight and consistently for uniform seals.

6.3 Using the Printing Function
- To use the printing function, install the desired characters (numbers, letters, symbols) onto the embossing wheel.
- Ensure the characters are correctly oriented and secured.
- The machine will emboss the characters onto the bag during the sealing process.
- Note: The number of included characters may be limited. Plan your printing needs accordingly.

6.4 Powering Off
- After use, turn off the HEATER switch first.
- Allow the machine to cool down with the FAN still running for a few minutes to protect the heating elements and Teflon belts.
- Once cooled, turn off the FAN switch, then the POWER switch.
- Unplug the machine from the power outlet.
7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
- Ensure the machine is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.
- Wipe down the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Regularly clean the conveyor belt and sealing area to prevent residue buildup that could affect sealing quality.
7.2 Teflon Belt Replacement
- The Teflon belts are consumable parts and will need replacement over time due to wear.
- Refer to the included accessories for spare Teflon tapes.
- To replace, carefully follow the instructions provided in the detailed video or contact customer support for guidance.
- Note: Ensure you use Teflon belts of the correct dimensions (0.59 in/15 mm width, 0.008 in/0.2 mm thickness) for this model. Incorrect sizes may lead to operational issues.
7.3 General Inspection
- Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they are tight.
- Inspect the power cord for any damage.
- Ensure the cooling fan is free from obstructions.
