1. Introduction

Control Panel Overview:

  • Digital Display: Shows time, mode indicators (Bluetooth, FM, AUX, USB/TF), alarm status, and battery level.
  • Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off. Short press to switch modes.
  • Play/Pause Button: Controls playback in Bluetooth/USB/TF modes.
  • Previous/Next Track Buttons: Skips tracks in Bluetooth/USB/TF modes. Adjusts FM stations.
  • Mode Button (M): Cycles through Bluetooth, FM Radio, AUX, USB, and TF Card modes.
  • Alarm Button: Enters alarm setting mode.
  • Rotary Knob: Adjusts volume. Press to confirm selections in setting modes.

Rear/Side Ports:

  • USB Port: For playing audio from USB flash drives.
  • TF Card Slot: For playing audio from MicroSD (TF) cards.
  • AUX Input: For connecting external audio devices via 3.5mm audio cable.
  • DC 5V Input: For charging the device.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the USB charging cable to the DC 5V input port on the speaker and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator on the display will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

5.2 Setting the Time

  1. Press and hold the Power Button to turn on the speaker.
  2. In clock mode, press and hold the Rotary Knob until the hour digits start blinking.
  3. Rotate the Rotary Knob to adjust the hour. Press the knob to confirm and move to minute setting.
  4. Rotate the Rotary Knob to adjust the minute. Press the knob to confirm.
  5. The time is now set.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Bluetooth Mode

  1. Turn on the speaker. Press the Mode Button (M) until 'Bluetooth' or a Bluetooth icon appears on the display. The speaker will enter pairing mode, indicated by a blinking Bluetooth icon.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or audio device and search for 'REMAX [Model Name/Number]'.
  3. Select the speaker from the list to pair. Once connected, the Bluetooth icon will stop blinking and a confirmation tone may sound.
  4. You can now play audio from your device through the speaker. Use the Play/Pause and Previous/Next Track buttons on the speaker or your device to control playback.
  5. Rotate the Rotary Knob to adjust the volume.

6.2 FM Radio Mode

  1. Press the Mode Button (M) until 'FM' appears on the display.
  2. For automatic station scanning, press and hold the Play/Pause Button. The speaker will scan and save available FM stations.
  3. To manually switch between saved stations, use the Previous/Next Track Buttons.
  4. Rotate the Rotary Knob to adjust the volume.

6.3 Setting the Alarm

  1. Press the Alarm Button. The alarm time digits will start blinking.
  2. Rotate the Rotary Knob to adjust the alarm hour. Press the knob to confirm and move to minute setting.
  3. Rotate the Rotary Knob to adjust the alarm minute. Press the knob to confirm.
  4. Press the Alarm Button again to activate or deactivate the alarm. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
  5. When the alarm sounds, press any button to snooze (for 9 minutes) or press and hold the Power Button to turn off the alarm.

6.4 AUX Input Mode

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm AUX audio cable to the AUX input port on the speaker and the other end to the audio output of your external device (e.g., MP3 player, computer).
  2. Press the Mode Button (M) until 'AUX' appears on the display.
  3. Play audio from your external device. Control playback from your device.
  4. Rotate the Rotary Knob to adjust the volume.

6.5 USB/TF Card Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or a TF (MicroSD) card into the TF card slot.
  2. The speaker will automatically switch to USB or TF card mode and begin playing audio files. If not, press the Mode Button (M) until 'USB' or 'TF' appears.
  3. Use the Play/Pause and Previous/Next Track buttons to control playback.
  4. Rotate the Rotary Knob to adjust the volume.

7. Maintenance

  • Keep the speaker clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners directly on the device.
  • Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
  • Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the speaker.

8. Troubleshooting
