Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your bread maker, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Bread does not rise | Expired yeast, incorrect water temperature, wrong ingredient proportions, incorrect program selected. | Check yeast freshness, use lukewarm water, measure ingredients precisely, ensure correct program for recipe. |
| Uneven crust or baking | Ingredients not evenly distributed, too much moisture. | Ensure ingredients are added correctly. Adjust liquid slightly if bread is consistently too moist. |
| Machine not starting | Not plugged in, baking pan not correctly inserted, START/STOP button not pressed firmly. | Check power connection, ensure baking pan is locked in place, press START/STOP button firmly. |
| Kneading blades stuck in bread | Dough residue hardened around blades. | Allow bread to cool slightly, then use the provided kneading hook removal tool. For stubborn blades, soak the pan in warm water. |
