4. Setup Instructions

1. Connect the Webcam: Plug the integrated USB-A cable from the Creative Live! Cam Sync 1080p V2 into any available USB-A port on your PC or Mac.

2. Automatic Driver Installation: As the webcam is UVC compliant, your operating system (Windows, macOS) should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. No manual driver installation is typically required.
3. Position the Webcam:
   • On a Monitor/Laptop: Use the universal mounting clip to securely attach the webcam to the top of your monitor or laptop screen.
   • On a Tripod: The universal mounting clip also features a standard tripod mount for more versatile placement options.
4. Open Video Conferencing Application: Launch your preferred video conferencing application (e.g., Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Google Meet, Facebook Messenger).

6.1. VoiceDetect

VoiceDetect automatically mutes your microphone when you are not speaking and unmutes it when you begin to speak. This feature is ideal for hands-free communication during meetings or presentations.
