1. Introduction

The Hopestar H41 is an ergonomic portable Bluetooth speaker designed for high-quality sound performance. Its robust and modern design, coupled with IPX6 shock and splash resistance, makes it an ideal device for outdoor activities such as pool parties, sports, or casual gatherings. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your speaker.

3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the microUSB end of the provided charging cable to the speaker's charging port and the USB end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off or change color when fully charged.

3.2 Power On/Off

To turn the speaker ON, press and hold the power button () for a few seconds until you hear a power-on prompt. To turn the speaker OFF, press and hold the power button again until you hear a power-off prompt.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "HOPESTAR-H41" from the list of devices. Once connected, the speaker will emit a confirmation sound, and the LED light will become solid.
  4. The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when turned on, if the device is within range and Bluetooth is enabled.

4.2 FM Radio Mode

  1. Press the M (Mode) button to switch to FM radio mode.
  2. Press and hold the Play/Pause button to automatically scan and save available FM stations.
  3. Use the + and - buttons to navigate between saved stations.

4.3 AUX Mode

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm AUX cable to the speaker's AUX input port.
  2. Connect the other end to the audio output jack of your external device (e.g., MP3 player, computer).
  3. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode. If not, press the M (Mode) button to select AUX.

4.4 TF Card Playback

  1. Insert a TF (microSD) card with MP3/WMA audio files into the TF card slot on the speaker.
  2. The speaker will automatically detect the card and begin playing music. If not, press the M (Mode) button to select TF card mode.
  3. Use the Play/Pause, + (Next Track), and - (Previous Track) buttons to control playback.
