3.1 Front Panel Controls

4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Connecting Speakers

Connect your passive speakers to the SPEAKER OUTPUT terminals on the rear panel. Ensure correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative) for optimal sound quality. The amplifier supports speakers with 4-8 ohms impedance.

4.2 Connecting Audio Sources

Use RCA cables to connect external audio sources (e.g., DVD player, CD player) to the AUDIO INPUT (DVD/CD) jacks on the rear panel. For other line-level devices, use the appropriate RCA input.

4.3 Connecting FM Antenna

Connect the provided FM antenna to the FM ANTENNA port on the rear panel for radio reception.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the POWER button on the front panel to turn the amplifier on or off. The TFT display will illuminate when the unit is powered on.

5.2 Input Selection

Rotate the INPUT SELECTOR knob on the front panel or use the corresponding buttons on the remote control to switch between available input sources: Bluetooth (BT), FM Radio (FM), USB/SD, LINE 1, and LINE 2.

5.3 Bluetooth Operation

To connect a Bluetooth device:

1. Press the MODE button (or use the INPUT SELECTOR) to switch to Bluetooth mode. The display will show "BLUE".
2. On your Bluetooth device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "MAMP7" from the list of devices to connect. A beep sound (if speakers are connected) indicates a successful connection.

5.4 FM Radio

In FM mode, press the AUTO/II button to automatically scan and save available radio stations. Use the CH- and CH+ buttons to navigate through saved stations.

5.5 USB/SD Playback

Insert a USB drive or SD card (up to 32GB, containing MP3 files) into the respective slot on the front panel. The amplifier will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playback. Use the PLAY/PAUSE, PREV, NEXT, and REPEAT buttons for control.

5.6 Karaoke Function

Connect microphones to the MIC1 or MIC2 input jacks. Adjust the microphone volume using the MIC VOL knob. Enhance your vocals with the ECHO and DELAY effects using their respective knobs.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Bluetooth Connection Issues

If you experience issues with Bluetooth connectivity, consider the following:

• Ensure the amplifier is in Bluetooth mode (display shows "BLUE"). Press the "MODE" button if necessary.
• Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your transmitting device (e.g., mobile phone).
• Search for "MAMP7" in your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to connect. A beep indicates a successful connection.
• If the connection is unstable, ensure there are no obstacles (especially metal objects) blocking the signal path.
• Try turning off the amplifier, disconnecting and clearing the connection on your Bluetooth device, then attempt to reconnect.
• The amplifier supports only one Bluetooth connection at a time. Connecting multiple devices simultaneously may disrupt the audio stream.
• Bluetooth speakers are receivers and already contain a small power amplifier. Connecting them to the MAMP7 amplifier may cause damage.

6.2 External Bluetooth Receiver Connection

If the amplifier's built-in Bluetooth range is insufficient, you can connect an external Bluetooth receiver:

1. Identify an available input port on the amplifier, such as the 3.5mm AUX port or an RCA port (AUDIO INPUT).
2. Connect the output of your external Bluetooth receiver to the chosen input port on the amplifier. Use appropriate adapter cables if necessary.

6.3 No Sound Output

• Check all cable connections, especially speaker wires, for secure and correct polarity.
• Ensure the correct input source is selected on the amplifier.
• Increase the MUSIC VOLUME and MIC VOL knobs.
• Verify that the audio source device is playing and its volume is turned up.
