  3. Place the gas cylinder securely in the designated holder within the grill cabinet.
  4. Open the gas cylinder valve slowly.

Operating Instructions

Ignition Procedure

  1. Ensure the grill lid is open.
  2. Open the gas cylinder valve fully.
  3. Turn the first burner control knob (usually the far left) to the HIGH position.
  4. Press and hold the electronic ignition button. You should hear a clicking sound and see the burner ignite.
  5. Once the first burner is lit, release the ignition button.
  6. Turn on additional burners to the HIGH position as needed.
  7. Close the lid and preheat the grill for 10-15 minutes, or until it reaches the desired cooking temperature.

Important: If a burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn off the burner control knob, close the gas cylinder valve, wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and then repeat the ignition procedure.

Temperature Control

Adjust the individual burner control knobs to regulate the heat. Use the built-in lid thermometer to monitor the internal grill temperature. For indirect cooking, turn off the burner(s) directly beneath the food.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Cooking Grates

After each use, while the grates are still warm, brush off any food residue with a grill brush. For deeper cleaning, remove the grates and wash with warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

Cleaning the Flavorizer Bars and Burner Tubes

Periodically, remove the cooking grates and Flavorizer bars. Scrape off any accumulated debris from the Flavorizer bars. Use a clean grill brush to gently brush the burner tubes to clear any clogged port holes.

Grease Management System

Regularly check and clean the grease management system, including the catch pan and disposable drip tray. Replace the drip tray as needed to prevent grease fires.

Exterior Cleaning

Clean the exterior surfaces with a mild soap and water solution. For stainless steel parts, use a stainless steel cleaner and polish in the direction of the grain.

Storage

When not in use, store the grill in a dry, protected area. If storing outdoors, use a weather-resistant grill cover. Disconnect the gas cylinder if storing for an extended period.
