4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
Robot Battery:
- Locate the battery compartment on the robot's underside.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Connect the rechargeable battery to the robot's battery connector.
- Place the battery inside the compartment and close the cover securely.

Remote Control Batteries:
- Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
- Insert 2 x AAA batteries (not included) according to the polarity indicators (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover.
4.2 Charging the Robot
Use the provided USB charging cable to charge the robot's battery. A full charge provides approximately 60 minutes of operation, or 30 minutes with the water spray function active.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the robot's charging port.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a USB power adapter (e.g., computer USB port, wall charger).
- The charging indicator light will show the charging status. Refer to the indicator light behavior for details (e.g., red for charging, off when fully charged).

4.3 Filling Water for Spray Function
The dinosaur robot features a cool water spray function that mimics fire-breathing.
- Locate the water filling port on the dinosaur's head/back.
- Use the provided water bottle to carefully fill the water tank with clean water. Do not overfill.
- Close the water filling port securely.

5. Operation
5.1 Power On/Off
- To turn on the robot, slide the power switch to the 'ON' position.
- To turn on the remote control, press the power button.
- To turn off both, slide the power switch on the robot to 'OFF' and press the power button on the remote control.
5.2 Remote Control Functions
The remote control allows for various movements and actions. Refer to the table below for detailed button functions:

| BACKWARD | Press to move the dinosaur backward. |
| TURN LEFT | Press to turn the dinosaur left. |
| TURN RIGHT | Press to turn the dinosaur right. |
| SLIDE FORWARD | Press to make the dinosaur slide forward. |
| SLIDE BACKWARD | Press to make the dinosaur slide backward. |
| SHAKE HEAD | Press to make the dinosaur shake its head. |
| FISHTAIL | Press to make the dinosaur wag its tail. |
| DRAGON TAIL | Press to activate the dragon tail action. |
| DINOSAUR SCREAM | Press to make the dinosaur roar. |
| SPRAY FUNCTION | Press to turn the water spray function ON/OFF. |
| TOUCH MODE | Press to activate touch mode. The dinosaur will react to touches on its head. |
| PROGRAMME | Press to enter programming mode. Record a sequence of actions. |
| VOLUME +/- | Adjust the volume of the robot's sounds. |
| SONG | Play pre-programmed songs. |
| STOP | Stop current actions. |
5.3 Touch Mode
In touch mode, the dinosaur will respond to physical interaction. Press the 'TOUCH MODE' button on the remote. Then, touch the designated area on the dinosaur's head to trigger various actions and sounds.

5.4 Programming Mode
The programming mode allows you to record a sequence of actions for the dinosaur to perform automatically.
- Press the 'PROGRAMME' button on the remote control to enter programming mode.
- Input your desired sequence of actions by pressing the corresponding buttons on the remote (e.g., Forward, Turn Left, Spray).
- Press the 'PROGRAMME' button again to save and execute the recorded sequence.

5.5 Water Spray Function
Ensure the water tank is filled as described in Section 4.3. Press the 'SPRAY FUNCTION' button on the remote to activate the mist spray from the dinosaur's mouth. The mist is illuminated by LED lights to create a fire-breathing effect.

5.6 Dinosaur Roar
Press the 'DINOSAUR SCREAM' button on the remote control to make the dinosaur emit realistic roaring sounds.
