6. Drainage Options
Your dehumidifier offers two methods for water removal:
6.1 Manual Drainage (Water Tank)
When the water tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off, and the "FULL" indicator will illuminate. Carefully remove the water tank from the unit, empty the collected water, and then reinsert the tank securely. The unit will resume operation.

Figure 6.1: The unit's humidity monitor indicates when the tank is full or when humidity levels are outside the desired range.
6.2 Continuous Drainage (Drain Hose)
For continuous operation without emptying the water tank, attach a drain hose (not included) to the continuous drainage port at the back of the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity to drain the water into a suitable floor drain or container. Refer to the diagram below for connection.

7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your dehumidifier.
7.1 Cleaning the Air Filter
The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality. A dirty filter can reduce efficiency and cause the unit to work harder.
- Turn off and unplug the dehumidifier.
- Remove the filter from the back of the unit.
- Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit.

7.2 Cleaning the Water Tank
Clean the water tank periodically to prevent mold and mildew growth. Use a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and ensure it is dry before placing it back in the unit.
7.3 External Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the dehumidifier with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
