3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Charging Case
Before first use, fully charge the magnetic charging case. The case has a 210 mAh battery capacity.
- Connect the supplied USB to Micro USB cable to the charging port on the case.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
- The LED indicator on the case will illuminate during charging. It will typically change color or turn off once fully charged.

3.2 Charging the Earbuds
The earbuds have a 30 mAh battery each and charge automatically when placed in the charging case.
- Open the charging case lid.
- Place the left and right earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case. They will magnetically snap into place.
- Close the charging case lid. The earbuds will begin charging.
- The LED indicator on the earbuds (if present) or the case will indicate charging status.

3.3 Bluetooth Pairing
To connect your Livoo TES233 earbuds to a device:
- Ensure the earbuds are charged and removed from the charging case. They should automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn on Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices. You should see 'TES233' or 'Livoo TES233' in the list.
- Select 'TES233' to connect. Once connected, your device will confirm the pairing.
- The earbuds have an operating range of up to 10 meters from the connected device.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: The earbuds will automatically power on when removed from the charging case.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.
4.2 Audio Playback
Once paired, audio from your device will play through the earbuds. Control playback directly from your connected device.
- Play/Pause: Typically, a single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Usually a double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Usually a double tap on the left earbud.
- Volume Control: Adjust volume directly from your connected device.
4.3 Making and Receiving Calls
The earbuds feature an integrated microphone for hands-free calling.
- Answer/End Call: A single tap on either earbud when a call comes in or during a call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for approximately 2 seconds.
- Voice Assistant: Press and hold either earbud for approximately 3 seconds to activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).
4.4 Battery Life
The earbuds provide up to 3 hours of listening time on a single charge. The charging case provides multiple additional charges.
5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity of your earbuds.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Livoo TES233 earbuds, try the following solutions:
- Earbuds not pairing with device:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on.
- Forget/delete 'TES233' from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair.
- Ensure the earbuds are removed from the charging case when attempting to pair.
- No sound from one or both earbuds:
- Check the volume level on your connected device.
- Ensure the earbuds are properly paired and connected.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then remove them again.
- Charging case not charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- Try a different USB port or power adapter.
- Check the charging cable for any damage.
- Earbuds not charging in case:
- Ensure the charging case itself is charged.
- Verify that the earbuds are correctly seated in their slots and making contact with the charging pins.
