4. Setup Instructions

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit.
2. Placement: Place the machine on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate space around the machine for air circulation and operation.
3. Air Purifier Connection:
   • Connect one end of the provided grey hoses (1M and 2M) to the exhaust port on the laser separation machine.
   • Connect the other end of the hoses to the air purifier unit.
   • Install the activated carbon filter into the air purifier unit as per its specific instructions.
   • Ensure all hose connections are secure to prevent leakage of fumes.

4. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the machine's power input and then to a grounded electrical outlet (110V/220V compatible). Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting.
5. Initial Power On: Flip the power switch to the ON position. The machine's display should illuminate.

5.1. Basic Operation Flow

1. Power On: Turn on the main power switch located at the rear of the machine.

3. Positioning the Device:
   • Place the mobile phone or component requiring separation onto the work platform.
   • Utilize the centered positioning structure to align the device accurately. This system ensures no deviation during placement, simplifying the operation.

4. Program Selection: Select the appropriate laser separation program for the specific phone model and task (e.g., back glass separation, glue removal) from the machine's interface. The Drawing USB Flash Disk contains pre-loaded patterns.
5. Adjust Parameters (if necessary): The machine uses a high-precision XY axis operation mode for accurate data and steady operation. Adjust laser power and speed settings if required for specific materials, referring to the provided guidelines or experience.
6. Initiate Separation: Close the machine's protective cover. Press the "One Button Start" on the control panel to begin the laser separation process. The closed structure ensures 100% safety during operation.
7. Monitoring: Observe the process through the viewing window. The air purifier will actively remove fumes and odors.
8. Completion: Once the process is complete, the machine will indicate its status. Carefully open the cover and remove the separated component.
