2. Safety Information

3.2 Aluminum Floor Board Installation

  1. Position the aluminum floor board sections onto the inflated pontoons.
  2. Secure the floor board sections together and to the pontoon boat using the provided fasteners and brackets. The assembled floor board size is 51 x 94.5 inches.

3.3 Seat and Guard Bar Assembly

Assemble the swivel seat and stainless steel guard bar for comfort and safety.

  1. Attach the swivel seat to the designated mounting point on the floor board. The seat height is adjustable between 9.6 inches and 13 inches.

3.5 Accessory Bag Attachment

Attach the AQUOS Fishing Bag and Side Storage Bag for convenient storage.

  1. The AQUOS Fishing Bag features four storage spaces for fishing rods, one bottle pocket, one tool pocket, and one bait bag. Attach it to the boat frame using its straps.
  2. The AQUOS Side Storage Bag (19.7 x 11.8 inches) can be attached using its quick-release buckles. Both bags are made from 1680D coated waterproof Oxford fabric and include reflective stripes for night safety.

3.6 EVA Anti-Skid Pad Application

Apply the EVA anti-skid pads to the floor board for improved traction and comfort.

  1. Clean the surface of the aluminum floor board where the pads will be applied.
  2. Peel the backing from the EVA pads and carefully adhere them to the desired locations on the floor board. These pads offer excellent resistance to cold and heat.
