Assembly Steps
Assembly typically involves attaching the main body to the frame, installing side shelves, burners, grill grates, and connecting the gas hose.

- Assemble the base frame and attach the wheels (2 of which are lockable for stability).
- Mount the main barbecue body onto the frame.
- Install the three stainless steel burners and the additional side hob burner.
- Place the two cast iron grill grates (66 x 38 cm total cooking surface) and the enameled warming rack.
- Attach the side shelves. The left side shelf is foldable for space-saving storage.
- Ensure the integrated bottle opener is securely in place.
- The large cabinet with two doors and magnetic closure is designed to accommodate a 5 kg gas bottle.
Gas Connection
This barbecue comes with a gas pressure reducer and gas hose suitable for Germany and Austria.
- Connect the gas hose to the barbecue's gas inlet and the gas pressure reducer to the gas bottle.
- Ensure all connections are tight.
- Perform a leak test using soapy water on all connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. Do not use the barbecue if a leak is detected.

Operating Instructions
Pre-heating
- Open the barbecue lid.
- Turn on the gas supply at the bottle.
- Push and turn a control knob to the 'HIGH' position. Press the igniter button (if applicable) or use a long lighter to ignite the burner.
- Once ignited, repeat for other burners as needed.
- Close the lid and allow the barbecue to pre-heat for 10-15 minutes. The integrated temperature indicator on the double-walled stainless steel hood will show the internal temperature.

Grilling
- Place food on the grill grates.
- Adjust the temperature using the soft-touch control knobs for continuous temperature regulation. The three heating zones allow for individual temperature control.
- Use the additional side hob for preparing sauces, soups, or other dishes.

Shutting Down
- Turn all control knobs to the 'OFF' position.
- Turn off the gas supply at the gas bottle.
- Allow the barbecue to cool completely before cleaning or moving.
