NIIMBOT Thermal Labels (0.59" x 1.18") Instruction Manual

For D11, D110, and D101 Label Makers

1. Introduction to NIIMBOT Thermal Labels

These NIIMBOT thermal labels are specifically designed for use with NIIMBOT D11, D110, D101, and H1S label makers. Each roll contains 210 white labels, measuring 15x30mm (0.59" x 1.18"). The labels utilize thermal transfer printing technology, eliminating the need for ink cartridges.

Key features include strong adhesiveness, clear printing, resistance to fading, waterproof properties, oil-proof characteristics, and tear resistance. They are also non-toxic, harmless, and degradable, making them suitable for various applications in daily life, such as home organization, office labeling, and business display.

2. Setup: Loading Labels into Your Label Maker

To ensure proper function and printing, follow these steps to load your NIIMBOT thermal labels into your compatible label maker (D11/D110/D101/H1S).

  1. Open the label compartment of your NIIMBOT label maker.
  2. Insert the label roll into the compartment, ensuring the labels feed out correctly. The printing surface should face upwards.
  3. Gently pull a small section of the label tape out past the printer's exit slot.
  4. Close the label compartment cover securely.

Important Notice: The sticker located on the side of the label roll contains a printing sensor chip. Do not tear or damage this sticker, as it is essential for the label maker to automatically identify the label type and size, affecting the printing outcome.

  2. The app should automatically recognize the label type and size due to the sensor chip on the roll.
  3. Select a template or create a new label design within the app. You can add text, icons, borders, and other elements.
  4. Customize the text, font, size, and alignment as needed.
  5. Preview your label design to ensure it meets your requirements.
  6. Tap the 'Print' button in the app. Confirm the number of copies and print density, then initiate printing.

4. Maintenance: Care and Storage

To maintain the quality and longevity of your NIIMBOT thermal labels, observe the following care and storage guidelines:

  • Storage: Store label rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. High heat or prolonged exposure to UV light can degrade the thermal coating and affect print quality.
  • Handling: Avoid touching the thermal printing surface of the labels excessively, as oils from skin can interfere with printing.
  • Protection: Keep label rolls in their original packaging until ready for use to protect them from dust and moisture.

5. Troubleshooting Common Issues

If you encounter problems while using your NIIMBOT thermal labels, consider the following:

  • Labels Not Recognized: Ensure the label roll is inserted correctly and the sensor chip sticker on the side of the roll is intact and not damaged. The label maker relies on this chip for identification.
  • Poor Print Quality: Check if the label roll is loaded correctly. Ensure the label maker's print head is clean (refer to your label maker's manual for cleaning instructions). Adjust print density settings in the NIIMBOT app if available.
  • Labels Not Feeding: Verify that the label roll is not jammed and is properly seated in the compartment. Ensure no obstructions are blocking the label exit slot.

For persistent issues, refer to the troubleshooting section of your specific NIIMBOT label maker's instruction manual or contact customer support.
